檢測項目

擊穿電壓測試：確定材料在電弧作用下發(fā)生電氣擊穿的電壓閾值， critical for ensuring material safety under high voltage conditions.

絕緣強度測試：評估材料在高壓電弧環(huán)境中的絕緣耐久性，防止電氣故障和確保長期可靠性。

電弧跟蹤測試：模擬電弧在材料表面?zhèn)鞑サ那闆r，測試其抗 tracking 性能，防止表面 degradation.

熱穩(wěn)定性測試：測量材料在電弧熱效應(yīng)下的 thermal stability，確保不 degradation under high temperature conditions.

介電常數(shù)測試：評估材料在高壓下的介電 properties，影響電弧 behavior and insulation performance.

表面電阻測試：測量材料表面電阻，防止電弧 initiation and ensure surface insulation integrity.

體積電阻測試：評估材料整體電阻， related to insulation and preventing current leakage.

電弧能量吸收測試：測量材料吸收電弧能量的能力， indicating durability and resistance to arc damage.

耐電弧時間測試：記錄材料在電弧作用下 until failure 的時間，評估 longevity and performance under stress.

檢測范圍

高壓絕緣材料：用于電力傳輸設(shè)備的絕緣部件，需承受高壓電弧考驗，確保電氣安全。

電氣設(shè)備外殼：如開關(guān)柜、變壓器外殼，防止電弧擊穿，保護內(nèi)部組件。

電纜絕緣層：保護電纜在高壓下不受電弧損傷，維持傳輸可靠性。

檢測儀器

高壓電弧測試儀：生成和控制高壓電弧，用于模擬電弧條件，測試材料 resistance and performance under arc exposure.

擊穿電壓測試裝置：施加遞增電壓 until breakdown，測量擊穿點，評估材料 electrical strength.

絕緣電阻測試儀：測量材料絕緣電阻，評估其 insulation properties and prevent leakage currents.

熱成像相機：監(jiān)測電弧測試中的溫度變化，評估熱效應(yīng) and material thermal stability.

數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)：記錄測試過程中的電壓、電流、時間等參數(shù)，提供 accurate data for analysis.

檢測流程

1、咨詢：提品資料(說明書、規(guī)格書等)

2、確認檢測用途及項目要求

3、填寫檢測申請表(含公司信息及產(chǎn)品必要信息)

4、按要求寄送樣品(部分可上門取樣/檢測)

5、收到樣品，安排費用后進行樣品檢測

6、檢測出相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，編寫報告草件，確認信息是否無誤

7、確認完畢后出具報告正式件

8、寄送報告原件
